My transaction was flagged as fraud, what do I do?

If your transaction was flagged as fraud please open a support ticket enclosing a copy of you passport, driving license or armed forces photo card, to prove who you are and a copy or a recent bill to prove you live at the address in your application. We will then check these details with the details you supplied on your application and manually send you an invoice for payment. Your supporting documents will then be securely destroyed and we will reply to your support ticket.
